Any damage will result in either the repair of the unit by a professional inflatable repair company and/or replacement. All costs relating to the repairs or full replacement of the inflatable will be the sole responsibility of the customer, including all applicable taxes and shipping.
The following fees are estimates that may be assessed for negligence or abuse of Inflatables:

Bouncers/inflatables: $50-$500 for cleaning fees.
Spilled food, drink, or the use of Silly String could result in a $100-$500 Cleaning and Repair Fee.
There is also a replacement fee of $1,000-$5,000 depending on unit if silly string is found.
Negligence and Damage to unit could result in a $200-$5000 Repair Fee.
If unit is not repairable, a fee of $2000-$5,000 could result.
In addition, if you discover that you have inadvertently damaged the inflatable or created a tear that is causing the deflation of the unit DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE INFLATABLE. Call the team immediately. If you attempt to repair a unit on your own, it will usually cost more to have the unit repaired professionally. We appreciate your assistance in this and hope these instructions can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Water Policy
In order for Jump In! to provide you, the customer, a great experience, we want to inform you of a few details that are specific to our water units. You are responsible to make sure you have enough water hoses, water pressure, and correct ends on the hoses. In order to set everything up you must bring the water hose and lay it out wherever you would like the game setup. Jump In! cannot know or be responsible for the water pressure or the distance from your water supply to the unit. We recommend a hose no longer than 100 feet.
Each unit comes with a water hose on the game with a female end which will connect to your hose. You will need to supply at least one (1) additional hose for our standard water slides and at least a water splitter and two (2) additional hoses for giant slides.

Power Policy
Electrical power or gas-powered generators are needed to run your inflatable. If you choose not to use a gas-powered generator, you need to make sure your event site can power our blowers. Each inflatable is different in the number of blowers it needs and the amount of power it needs. You are responsible to make sure you have enough power.
Each blower must be on a different and separate 20-amp circuit. Plugging in two or more blowers into one circuit will overload that circuit. Our blowers require a 110-115-volt outlet. If requirements have not been met, you will need a generator. Each blower has a 15-foot cord. You also cannot run a blower on the same line as a computer or laundry room or other high-power appliances.
To be completely sure you will have enough power, you may want to rent one of our gas-powered generators. Each generator can run two (2) blowers. If you rent a generator, it will come with a full tank of gas that will last for three to four hours but you are responsible for providing more gas.
Our generators are less than three years old so we cannot be responsible for any failures that take place after they are running. If your generator dies, we would be happy to exchange it with another generator. However, you will have to pick up the new generator. There is no guarantee that we will have extra.
If you are having an event at a place that you don’t own or are not familiar with, like a local city park, we highly recommend renting a generator. Most of these sites usually do not have enough power.
Customer Pick-Up Policy
Never leave an inflatable unattended.
Must have I.D
Must show credit card used on your rental agreement, must match ID. (copy of ID)
Bring cash deposit for mega inflatables, if applicable ($125-$250).
Do not allow children to take balloons onto the inflatable (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
No party-poppers, henna, face paint, colored streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the unit, for which you are liable.
No water, soap or other liquid to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment (other than a reasonable amount for cleaning purposes) as it causes the surface of inflatables to become slippery, damages soft play, and can result in subsequent bookings being cancelled if the equipment is too wet to be delivered. If equipment is deliberately soaked, you will be charged double your hire fee to cover our costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and drying time. (Water is permitted on items that are made for water)
No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals on or near the equipment.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
Children must use slides one at a time and must not climb on the sides of the slide.
If the inflatable(s) are not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower(s) off.
IMPORTANT:
If more than one blower is being run from a single extension lead you must unplug all but one blower before switching back on, plug the remaining blowers in one at a time only when each inflatable or part is fully inflated. This is for units that need 2 blowers.
In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable and place a table or similar object over the blower to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable. Do not switch the blower off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatables are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet.
Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch the blower off at the mains. It should restart when switched back on again 1 or 2 minutes later. If it does not, please inform us on the telephone number found at www.jumpininflatables.net
You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately.
